Focusing on ourselves is becoming more and more challenging as the world keeps on getting louder and faster. Did you miss out the latest trend? Did you fail to achieve other people's expectations? More than ever, the world is noisy. We are processing more information than we ever have been in history, and somehow it feels like we never do enough. Finding inner peace is crucial to stay anchored into authenticity and joy, into freedom. Learn to be a gardener of serenity within your heart and mind, let go of the idea of what being successful mean and embrace the true meaning of reaching the top; being at peace.

The Misconception Of Success

The truth is that status and material posessions do impact our well-being and our mental/physical state. We do live in a material world, a physical realm where we have needs that require being met. However, pursuing idealistic and materialistic purposes never truly fulfills one's cup, there is always something else, something more, something better... There is always more stuff. In the teachings of inner peace we must learn to understand contentment, appreciation. Cultivating peace in the present moment for what we have. This will bring true success into your life. One person with many fancy cars and objects is always on the chase for more and never reaches a point of contentment. A person who learns to appreciate life for what it is and see the magic of life in its full essence reaches success; the purpose of being alive has been reached. True appreciation and awe before the beauty of one's existence. Things are ever-fleeting, ephemeral and potentially rooted in needs and that are just as temporary. Self-realization and finding happiness or serenity is an ever-lasting feeling that goes on for the rest of your life.

The Benefits Of Peace

Obviously, being at peace helps to reduce stress and feel more at ease. Which could potentially make your day to day life easier, your mind less foggy and your body feel more rested. It helps to bring positivity in our perception and, in my experience, makes it easier to find solutions to potential problems. Finding more peace in my life has helped me to settle down and take care of myself, my body, my mind. It has helped me to get better sleep and to listen to my intuition. Another interesting thing I personally experienced was a better immune system, more vitality and overall creative flow that felt more inspired. Additionally, it has improved my relationships with other people and my ability to effectively communicate my thoughts and feelings! Overall, focusing on finding inner peace is the greatest thing one can do because it only brings good things into our lives.

How To Achieve Inner Peace?

There are many steps that we can take to find ourselves in this state, however I would argue that this is your own journey. Your own adventure. I can still share the 3 most important lessons to learn with you! But, not everything that I list down below may apply to your situation and that is okay. Listen to your heart, try your best and you will succeed.

1- Deep Healing

Taking care of old wounds, addressing traumas and behaviours that are not helping you in your growth will help you to achieve a sense of contentment, it is the process of releasing and cleansing that lights up our path to peace.

2- Being Kind

Approaching your feelings and situations with compassion and patience helps to cultivate more joy and love into your mind and life.

3- Following Your Intuition

Allow your inner guidance to come through and assist you, as it is the only connection to truth and source that will never be affected by anything. Your intuition is a great gift and a great teacher, it is always doing its best to guide you into the right direction.

In conclusion, you deserve to be fulfilled. You deserve to feel good. You deserve to find peace and keep it. Like anything, it may take work and a little bit of practice, but you will get there.
