Healing starts from the Earth

Symbiosis is a living relationship that is extremely close between different organisms. According to this idea, why would we not live in harmony with our nature, with the nature. The very essence of our being surrounds us; atomic stardust, the echoes of the sea still living within us. To heal is to mend what was broken, how can we truly heal as a specie if we do not heal the Earth? There is no amount of self-improvement, therapy, meditation or any other holistic practice that will replace living in harmony with our environment. True joy is experienced in fresh air, pure water, your palms vibrating to the Earth's electromagnetic field. No amount of man-made treatments will ever replace the soft songs of birds in the morning and the calming pattern of the rain outside of your window. To be alive is to be nature, nature is everything around us. It is thought that nature is everything outside of man-made creations, outside of the busy streets we live in. What if we harmonized it? What if we built cities of trees, wildflowers, flowing creeks and meadows? What if it started from within? To truly heal, it is crucial for us to understand that one can not fully heal in a broken world. We are intertwined like strings of a spiderweb. Your awakening to Mother Nature's calling is only the beginning of our truest, deepest healing as a society. It is possible to live in a better world, to live in a healthier body with happier communities. This is why spirituality was always important to me; it taught me the art of oneness, realizing that the Universe works in complex yet simple ways. The solutions we seek are always found within, they are not made out of thin air, we simply have to pick them up. For centuries, humans have understood the power of making peace with their surroundings; from animals to lands, to spirits and fellow humans. What truly separates this wise way of living is our Ego's fear-based survival instincts. However, healing these wounds from within will make you realize that life is so much more than simply getting by, the possibilities are infinite. The Earth loves and gives to all of its inhabitants, such is the true meaning of life; to love. It can be seen as ironic when we look at certain phenomenons such as natural disasters, hunters chasing their prey, war, disease and many other terrible things. It is true that there is no creation without destruction, the very Existence is made out of chaos, perhaps some kind of organized chaos, who knows? But once again, a lot of our problems come from closing our heart out of survival, fear. To release this fear and to realize that life is not about fear but about love not only delivers you but also delivers the ones around you. It is time for us to heal through harmony, and harmony will never exist if we do not heal our planet. You, yourself, as a creature living on Earth, are in need of nature to live and to heal. You were designed in the most intricate way, it is only an act of self-love to honor your most natural and divine design. Heal through love, as our Earth has taught us, and may this love that you carry within be served to heal our planet.
